Following a career in fashion and brand licensing, In 2013 Charlotte Lloyd changed her trajectory to pursue an interest in the art of upholstery. Now a fully qualified upholsterer with the Association of Master Upholsterers, she offers a wealth of possibilities in furniture restoration and furnishings through her aptly named Charles of Lloyd Upholstery studio.

As a maker, Charlotte's talents extend beyond upholstery; she's also recognized as a prize-winning designer. In 2017, she clinched the Young Furniture Makers design category and secured the prestigious "best in show" title. Her creative prowess has also earned her commendations in the Heico annual competition.
At the heart of Charlotte's workshop is a deep appreciation for detail, craftsmanship and the joy of making. In her studio, Charlotte and her skilled team work closely with clients, offering expert guidance on suitable fabrics, finishes, and design considerations to bring each project to life.
